These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Michigan, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
Arbitration: For any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, you and Snagged LLC agree to first attempt to negotiate the dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Michigan. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek equitable relief in court for matters related to intellectual property rights or unauthorized access to the Service.
