When you use the Shopping Concierge, your conversation and recommendation history is stored securely in our database. This includes the messages you send, the assistant's replies, and the product recommendations shown. We use this to let you continue your session across devices and visits.

How we use it

Your messages are sent to our systems to generate responses and recommendations. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party processing

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Service. Supabase handles authentication and secure storage of your conversations and recommendation history. PostHog provides product analytics to help us improve the experience. AI-powered recommendations are generated using highest-quality models from Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT, and Anthropic Claude. Each provider processes data in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable data protection requirements.

Data retention

Conversations and recommendation history are maintained until you delete them or delete your account. Aggregate or anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for analytics and service improvement.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and local storage for authentication and to remember your active session. Third parties (including Amazon and eBay when you click links to their sites) may place or recognize cookies on your browser and collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies. You can control or delete cookies and local storage via your browser settings.
